This house is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Winter is not the only season full of fun and adventurous activities in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The summer season brings activities like mountain biking and hiking, as well as kayaking, fishing, swimming, and golfing. Hike some of the numerous and beautiful nearby mountains, or bike the Kingdom Trails system with easy access from the property. Kayak, fish, or swim in nearby Crystal Lake or Lake Willoughby. Located on a quiet gravel road, the property is just 3 hours from Boston, 5 1/2 hours from New York City, and slightly over 2 hours from Montreal. We have a two-night minimum but much prefer to rent by the week. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required. Vermont tax is 9%, but does not apply if you stay 30 days or more. We do permit pets, but there is an additional cleaning fee of $50, and no more than two pets at a time are permitted.
