Lovely views from the top level, incredibly comfortable beds and immaculate bathrooms! Was a fabulous property and quick drive to the Edinburgh airport (20 minutes) making it very convenient for our morning departure. The area is walkable and peaceful, right by the water and felt very safe and suburban. The mater bedroom sitting area was so nice to see the bridges and sunset views. Easy to get in and out and park. Host was responsive and provided all needed information.

Great Location and view

Perfect place to stay away from the hussle bustle of Edinburgh. Just far enough away you can get there in no time. The penthouse was great and pretty much everything you needed with a fantastic view. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely penthouse with breath taking view

Perfect location for some peace and tranquillity ..... yet in 30 mins you're in the centre of Edinburgh.The images in the listing do not do justice to the penthouse. It is spacious, with a lovely big living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable, as were the bathrooms. highly recommended.

Our stay was overshadowed by the host sending us a series of unpleasant and increasingly threatening messages. We were travelling up from Nottingham because we had a funeral the following day. When we got there we had some elderly family members visit us at around 7pm in the evening. We had booked the property for 3 adults and 1 child, as stated in the booking, and there was never any intention for additional guests to stay. Nowhere in the property listing, booking information or any separate communication we received from the host did it state that prior approval was required for visitors or that the host needed to be notified in advance of anyone visiting the property. Had this requirement been clearly communicated beforehand, we would of course have taken it into consideration. Despite this, the host contacted us saying that 8 people had been “observed” entering the property. We explained that the visitors had left and confirmed that our booked guests were the only people staying overnight. The host then sent further messages demanding confirmation of the number of occupants within 30 minutes and threatening to send a representative to the property to verify the number of people there. We completely understand that a host has legitimate concerns about occupancy and that the property's rules should be respected. However, the tone and manner in which this was handled were extremely uncomfortable. For that reason, unfortunately we would not stay here again.

It's an absolute pleasure to have a family break at the property. It's every thing as it said on the tin. Would have been better if there was a professional communication with the host such as check- in info needed to be send out ahead of the travel day and some issues like resolving hot water system. travel dayof travel time

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views

Visiting for a few days during the Edinburgh International Festival. The apartment is gorgeous and very well appointed with anything you could need. The views of the bay are phenomenal and a great start or end of your day. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. There is a bus that is a short walk away to get to Edinburgh a few minutes walk. The bus runs until 1AM, so plenty of time to enjoy pubs and still be able to return to your apartment. If you get the chance walk to the Louis Browns for a Meal- do it. Fantastic food and atmosphere just a short walk.

Spectacular!

In a word, this place is spectacular! Before I booked the property I thought the pictures were absolutely beautiful. They actually didn’t do the beauty justice. Inside and out this place is a gem. Right along the coast with an awesome view of the four bridges and beautiful bay breezes to greet you as you start your day, the inside of the unit is just as spectacular as the views are outside. The host is amazing and offered some great touches like a welcome basket and is super responsive during your stay. Access to Edinburgh is very easy via car, train or bus. The kids did not want to leave and want us to move in ! If you are considering heading to the Edinburgh area, this is your place to stay. If you are looking at this listing and trying to consider whether or not to stay here, do not think any longer. Book it now!

The location was very quiet and clean. It was conveniently located near a fuel station, convenience store and a few restaurants. It was comfortable and clean inside. The view from the balcony is exceptional.
