'Staff'

'We booked the queen bed condo, but upon arrival we've found the bed so small (it really is!) we asked for a king bed. Because this is not a regular hotel but one with privately owned condo's we had to pay a lot for an upgrade. We loved the modern equipped apartment with kitchen with dishwasher etc. To our surprise the room was not cleaned during our stay. Luckily the receptionist took thoroughly care of this and gave us the clean towels. She also told us that we were not informed at checkin that...

'Goed hotel bij het eiland Sanibel. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Goede ligging dichtbij het strand, outlet en Fort Myers Beach. Een hotel om naar terug te komen. Echter het hotel is wel enigszins gedateerd en verdient een opknapbeurt.'

'This was a great resort. I was surprised that the main hotel is across the street from the beach, but there is a bridge that makes it easy to get to the beach, pool and restaurants. We came with our teens and there were lots of families there, which made it enjoyable for all of us. '

'Very nice hotel enjoyed it very much. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was excellent and the beach was great. We will come again.'

'Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Service was great and staff very friendly. Good food and drinks at the tiki bar but also results in some noise and occasional disturbance from drunk people. Shutters did not close properly, which resulted in people being able to look into the room from the outside. Bed was bouncy and a bit too small for two people.'

'Prima plek, en je krijgt waarvoor je betaald, 2,5 ster. Het hotel is wel wat verouderd, maar gezellig aangekleed en er is van alles beschikbaar. Het personeel is aanwezig, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. '
