« Very disappointed with the lack of communication when we had an AC unit that would not shut off. Our room was down to 52 degrees at one point with nothing more than a blanket and small portable heater to help. Understand we were there during a cool time in FL, but you have to be able to shut off the AC in your room. « Myself and my sister were staying there because we had our house flooded from the hurricane. I asked for help, maybe a less on the cost. Said no and ended up charging more in cleaning costs. Had to move between 2 places several times to accommodate other guests. Ants were rampant in the bathroom. The second place we were in, the studio, had a roach run across the stove top as I was cooking eggs. The location was great since I could walk to work (lost my car to the hurricane) Would not recommend....
