'Good'

'On the plus side, the suite was great, with amazing views. It had everything we needed and was kept very clean, this included clean towels. The range of facilities were good (pools, bars, cafes, restaurants, spa etc.) and kept clean. Great for families. Our experience of the staff, all of them were very polite, happy, friendly and helpful and always professional, in fact they were lovely. On the minus side, on our 4th day we had to speak to someone about our room not being cleaned since we...

'There was nothing to like in reality you guys need to check properties before putting it on your website'

'TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...

'Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.'

'Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine.'

'The Hotel is spacious with a nice garden. All the staff members and other guests were friendly and polite. The room was kepted clean and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.'
