This is our third time staying at this house. The house is very clean. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Duluth.

Beautiful property! We loved seeing all of the deer just hanging out in the yard. The back deck was quiet and peaceful. The house was so comfortable and homey. We loved the neighborhood and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

A steal for the price

This is a clean and comfortable property with a great layout (master bedroom in the basement, others on the 2nd floor so there's a full floor between you and your kids!), nice deck and firepit, neighborhood deer wandering through the yards at all hours, quiet area but really close to downtown, 3 bathrooms, all the amenities (except AC but you don't need it even in summertime). Great value for the area and for what you get.

Spacious and comfortable

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. That worked perfectly for us. It has all the amenities plus the owner has included thoughtful things like hooks on the back of doors, fleece blankets to curl up with on the couch and a desk in the office space. High recommendations from our group.

We mistakenly reserved this property thinking that it was ok to bring our dog there, and moved to a different property when we realized our mistake. Beautiful home, spotless, quiet neighborhood, saw multiple deer, wish we could've stayed!

We picked this house over other more budget friendly ones because it advertised that there was AC. There was in fact NO AC. We were not made aware that the check in instructions would come from a 3rd party so we missed the email. We messaged host 2 hours before arrival requesting instructions and they never messaged us back. Called customer service and they gave us a code. When we discovered there was no AC we called customer service again. We did find 1 portable AC unit in a closet which we installed ourselves at 10pm after finally getting in the house. Its a 3 level house and 1 ac unit is not enough to cool more than 1 bedroom. Ac vent was cracked on unit but we made it work. Couldn't sleep because the portable ac made the blinds stay open so we were awake by 5am each day due to daylight. Management company said they will get back to us about our false advertising concerns but we have not heard anything back yet. Called on Sunday to confirm they received the email that their agent requested we send. They said email was received. Hoping no one else gets mis lead by their advertisement. Wouldn't be so picky if they were honest in the ad, then again would have booked somewhere else that actually had AC! Water heater had exposed wires and blinds were taped together and broken in bedroom. Internet wasnt working right, no smart tv only satellite. Decent location though, yard was peaceful but nothing special aside from the animals wandering by.

Perfect in Every Way

Our family gathered in Duluth for a wedding. The home was perfect in every way. Clean and beautiful. . Great backyard with beautiful window overlooking trees and falling leaves. Quiet neighborhood with no traffic. Close to grocery store which was great because the kitchen and dining room table allowed for preparation of many family meals. The living room provided space for family and television for the Badger Game. Very happy in every way. Thank you

Duluth weekend

I don’t always do reviews, but I will for this house. It was more than we expected. I don’t think I can find a negative to it at all. This home is clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated, and more than what they show. It’s tucked away on a quiet cul de sac with all the privacy you want. Equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. There is a grill and a nice deck with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the outdoors. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely look for it if we visit Duluth again.
