Mia Casa - brand new holiday home - the heart of Old Town with no access steps

Mia Casa is an old Dubrovnik house, located in the heart of the Old Town. An old Dubrovnik merchant who traveled from Venice to Istanbul originally owned the house. To this day, Mia Casa continues to evoke and retell the old story through artifacts purchased during these distant journeys.
The merchant was well respected in the Republic of Dubrovnik and was frequented by other merchants and buyers of all religions and nationalities, including the Catholics, the Orthodox, the Jewish people and the Muslims. As a result, the house continues to represent features honoring all religions.
Even today, this charming house continues to exhibit some of the relics dating back to the old days of the Republic. Once inside, you will immediately notice the authentic stone sink and the stone fridge. One item specifically - the stone ledge – continues to amaze visitors who attempt to decipher its meaning and purpose. Such stone of the same shape and dimension is exhibited at the Rector's Palace Atrium.
What makes this historical house so special is its location in the heart of the Old Town, close to all its attractions, but yet so far away from the city noise. You must take notice of the fact that the vast majority of apartments in the Old Town sit on top of restaurants and cafes.
Unpleasant odor from restaurant kitchens, music from cafes, or the murmur of people from their terraces inevitably reaches city apartments. However, due to location of beautiful and secluded Mia Casa, its ground floor in a quiet alley eliminating the need to climb stairs, you may be rest assured to experience a pleasant and peaceful stay in one of the world’s top destinations.
Recently remodeled house has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and air-conditioning. House can accept up to 5 persons.
It is also equipped with full kitchen, living room, 2 extra bathrooms, along with air conditioning. It is equipped with plasma TV, satellite programs and internet. It has all necessary appliances for a long and comfortable stay. All doors are locked by security card system.
We just started renting this house and we are aware that we don't have reviews, but we can assure you that we will provide our guests with the best possible treatment. We will be at their disposal during any time of the day. Our apartment is located only a few minutes away, so if our guests ever get locked out, or need any help possible, we can assure them that we will be available to them during every moment of their stay!
