Les points faibles : Propreté, équipements, infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
Pros: Located in the old town close to all restaurants and shops.
Cons: you need to climb up 109 steps to get to the room, these are stone, uneven and tall steps, not an easy climb.
The room felt crowded with unnecessary decor and felt dirty, with only a tiny window so it felt like a dungeon.
I found an old soap hiding by the sink, the kettle was absolutely filthy with gunk at the bottom of it.
Cleaning is only every three days by request. Our room wasn’t cleaned when requested it, they just made the bed, didn’t change the sheets, didn’t give us clean cups or glasses, they just gave us new towels.
NO HOT WATER , I had to shower with freezing cold water. Only one time the water came out warm for a minute.
The staff had mentioned that they have to shut off the hot water several times a day.
The mini fridge is not cold, so don’t buy any thing that needs refrigeration.
We could hear everything from upstairs people, they played loud music and the stomping was out of control specially around 2am every night.
The room was super small, no space for luggage.
There’s no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries or any hooks to hang any towels like a hand towel. There was a couple of hooks where the toilet is but none in the shower area.
The shower it’s half way covered so everything and I mean everything! Will get wet when you shower.
There was an espresso machine which didn’t work.
Overall it wasn’t a very good experience.
I would not stay here again.
