Un hôtel de rêve que l’on est pas prêt d’oublier
Comme nous fêtions notre anniversaire de mariage, nous avons été « upgraded » dans une magnifique chambre avec vue sur la mer et la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve car tout était parfait. Une mention spéciale pour la propreté et les mesures anti-covid mises en place .
Dormir bercé par le bruit de la mer.
Vue du balcon sur la vieille ville.
Magnifique SPA.

Magnifique hôtel, très bien situé, le chef du restaurant gastronomique très sympa a l’écoute 🙂 nous fêtions un anniversaire et il a répondu à toute nos demandes pour cette soirée et l’a même sublimée. Le bémol serait tout de même le fait de toujours devoir insister pour avoir une table pour 6 personnes que ce soit pour le resto sur le beach ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner ☹️ Lorsque que l’on vient à plusieurs et pour plusieurs nuitée il serait opportun de prévoir cela .... le personnel paraît dépassé par le fait de devoir rapprocher deux tables !!!

Excellent choix
Excellent accueil nous avons été surclassés avec une vue mer. Le service est irréprochable la literie fantastique. Localisation parfaite à 5/10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville.

Croatia during Covid
Nice place especially during covid times. The only negative aspec is that a upgrade was proposed against eur 300/night where it should have been free. Apart from this, a great place for 2-3 days

This hotel is really nice ! Recently renovated and beautiful set up un the sea for swimming and chilling I was disappointed of my balcony and they accepted to change my room and they even got me a complementary dinner for 2 at their very good restaurant the Sensus

Vraiment très bien
Tout était vraiment très bien, bel hôtel, bien situé près de la vieille ville(5 minutes de marche). Par contre lors de notre visite(fin février, début mars) plusieurs places étaient fermés.

Superbe hôtel !
Très bel hôtel, très bien placé (proche de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik) Une plateforme équipée de transat permet de se baigner dans la mer (translucide !). Le personnel est très accueillant et en même extrêment discret ... un hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles !

The place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik without a doubt! Reserved on-site parking. Short walk to Old Town. Awesome private waterfront!!! Super customer service. Beautiful immaculately clean property with very friendly professional staff always ready to assist with a smile. I just can't say enough good things about this property, I will be back and can't wait to return next year!

Excellent location and superb views from our room. The room was perhaps closed during the winter period and had not been aired. Therefore had dust, my husband has severe dust allergy and really suffered the 3 nights. In addition the AC was not working so we had to be given a fan. For which the hotel kindly refunded one nights stay. This is a leading hotel and they need to ensure that rooms are functioning well and are clean, Dust free and that basics of cooling is working fine. We gave detailed feedback and they were receptive which was great.

What a luxurious hotel! Service was top notch the minute we arrived. The hotel offers free valet parking and is located just minutes of walking distance from the old town. You can have breakfast and dinner on the terrace overlooking the old town and walls. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast seletion exceeded my expectation.

Hotel Excelsior is an elegant hotel, incredibly well run, with a stunning view of the sea and old town. Extremely convenient and lovely amenities. The staff and hospitality is second to none. We were here in late March before tourist season had started, so there was some limitation on restaurants and amenities. Otherwise, it was amazing.

Eu tinha reservado nesse hotel, mas devido ao inverno acabei sendo deslocado pra outro hotel da rede, o Dubrovinik Palace e esse que eu acabei ficando era simplesmente maravilhoso, otimo hotel, muito cuidado e atenção com os hospedes e pra vc ir pro centro, tem onibus que sai da cidade velha e para quase dentro da recepção do hotel. Melhor impossivel.

Incredible!
We had the most incredible stay here while celebrating our honeymoon - we never wanted to leave! From the moment Marko met us at check-in, we felt so celebrated and well taken care of. We debated whether to stay directly in the old town, but this ended up being so much better. You get to look at the old town as your view and the walk over is so quick and beautiful. We’ll worth getting the patio to enjoy the views and listen to the waves. We cannot say enough great things about Hotel Excelsior and have already recommended it to friends. We hope to be back soon!

This hotel was fabulous. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik. The sea view was amazing. The location was perfect to walk to the old city, but have the sea frontage. I already want to go back! It made my visit to this city wonderful.

Great staff. Very accommodating. You have to ask for VIP benefits. They didn’t have an upgrade available at time of arrival but offered o e the next day. It wasn’t much of an upgrade so we did not take it. The breakfast was outstanding!
