Other things to note
✔All guests are required to provide a copy of their passports before arrival for DTCM government registration and building check-in procedures.

✔ Please inform us a day before check-in if you need sofa bed linens and towels. Available on request for 200 AED.

✔ Lost & Found: Items left behind will be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed as per company policy. Guests must arrange pickup or shipping.

✔ Please return the keys/access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys/cards will be charged at a rate of AED500.00 per card or key.

✔ Extra charges of AED 1000 will apply if the remote of the parking blocker is lost as well.

✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, only allowed outside on the balcony.

✔ Building Facilities: The building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities. Please be advised that these amenities could be subject to maintenance and closures, which may occur without prior notification. Pool capacity is limited during busy times and pool can be used by 6 adult guests at the same time from the apartment.

✔ Maximum Capacity of the apartment:
This property has a strict maximum occupancy limit of 10 guests total, strictly limited to 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 14.

✔ A noise complaint may result in a fine of AED 1000, as per building regulations. Please be mindful of noise levels.
