Living room: 65-inch QLED Smart-TV, a wifi router with 250mb speed, a dining table, and a sofa-bed that comfortably sleeps 2. It also leads to another balcony with 2 comfortable seats, a coffee table, and amazing view.

Guest bathroom: accesible from the living room and has a toilet and a shower.
