You will be required to provide passport (or ID) copies of all guests at least 24 hours before the check-in date to register your stay with the building management system/security and log your stay in Dubai Tourism (mandatory law).

Security Deposits

Check-in/check-outs

Late check-out and early check-ins are subject to availability and can be enquired with the host.

We encourage to book the previous day if early check-in is more than 6-8 hours ahead of standard check-in time to ensure your smooth move-in.

Use of space

Amenities such as Multi-purpose meeting room and Roof-top lounge are available by booking through the Emaar One app.

You may want to request the host for available timings.

Housekeeping
