'This hotel does not know what service and hospitallity is. The room is clean, but they don't change the sheets. There is almost no water in the short, so washing your hair is difficult. The place is full of French student programs at the camping, so there is always house and party. The beach is OK, but don't take 2 parasols because the personal on the beach will be angry with you. 'Overall we had a pleasant experience over there. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and our suite was very clean and comfortable. We went on a Naxos tour with the hotel tour guide, Dimitris. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us all historical places in few hours. The location is 2 mins walk from the beach. '

'Zefi Hotel is located close to the center and offers all facilities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It offers everything you need both from a facilities and service side. The pool is nice too. Only two towels for a short period of time is something I would change, but understandable given the environment and it being an island. Thanks for having me!'

'When we arrived at noon , they told us 5 times that the room (booked a design room 25m²) was ready at check in 2pm and that the hotel was fully booked. 'I don’t normally provide reviews but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! I started here solo for 5 nights and the hotel staff (even cleaning staff) could not have been any better! The reception were unbelievably helpful even with all my random questions and the cleaning staff diligent and left the room perfect every day! You won’t be disappointed staying here that’s for sure!'
