Very nice place
We stayed at the cabin for three nights with our two boys and they loved it. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful hills and a pound at the bottom of the hill. We took a walk every morning and we cooked fresh food every day. Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable. It was close to the Ark too.

Very pleased.
Cozy cabin perfect for a family stay. We visited the Ark and it was such a quick and easy drive. Food places located on the same road out of the cabin. Our kids loved the 2 beds in the loft area. We absolutely loved the added touch of the wooden rustic “In God we trust” wall hanging rack in the bedroom, as well as the white noise machine. We had a concern come up, and the host went above and beyond to not only make it right but make sure that everything worked out and was fixed for us, even though it wasn’t his fault at all. The communication and responses were a 10/10. It was our first time to Kentucky and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future if we were coming to Kentucky.

30th year wedding anniversary
The cabin was adorable and quiet. We loved our stay and if we're ever in that part of Kentucky again we'll be sure to look Jonathon up for another stay in his cabins. Peaceful, relaxing. Beautiful countryside.

The welcome packet had very clear instructions about the property. Location was great being only nine minutes from The Ark Encounter, a few minutes from town but in a country setting and remote feel. Great communication from the host too. Aces!

Wonderful comfortable stay
Overall, we really enjoyed this place, being able to walk to the lake to fish was a plus for my son. There is construction on the site which I expected, and you are very close to neighboring air b&b, other than that, it was very serene.

The rental was perfect for our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It was very clean and spacious even though it’s a small cabin. Very open. My older kids loved the loft and the board games were a plus! The check in and out was easy and the communication with the manager was very prompt. Definitely recommend.

Lived up to it’s name
As advertised, the unit is a cozy little cabin. The host has provided most everything you need to enjoy your time there. We were a group of 6 that expanded by one more and the host had no problem accommodating the change. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Came for only a weekend to see the Arc. Was super close to town for supplies and food. Arc was not a far drive either. Everything seems to be fairly new for the price I have no complaints.

Cozy and Quiet Cabin
We booked this cabin because it was close to the Ark Encounter, and we wanted to have a quiet place to relax. When we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready for us, so we contacted the host, who apologized and assured it would be taken care of. Turned out the cleaning service was running behind and hadn't been there yet. We bought some groceries and went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the cabin was ready when we finished. We were refunded all but a few dollars of the cleaning fee, and were very pleased with how the host handled the situation. We really enjoyed our stay there and loved the peaceful atmosphere, the comfy bed and the provided amenities. We will definitely book this cabin whenever we return to the area.

Peaceful, quiet, country getaway
The property was exactly as advertised on VRBO! Exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything needed for cooking, etc. The property is very close to town but without the lights and noise. Peaceful! The loft is perfect for small children as it has twin mattresses. A little challenging for adults to get up and down in the loft. We had 3 adults so one adult slept on the couch. Would definetely recommend this cabin!

Amazing property! Though we did not spend much time at the property directly due to travel in and out and a full day at the ark it was a wonderful experience. Our family greatly enjoyed our time there. The forced disconnect from TV and screens made us really focus on what was around us and the time we had together. Everything needed was provided and then some including board games to pass the time. You can see the expansions that are being made with more properties being added which other reviews mentioned. Once it is all completed it will be a wonderful experience! The peacefulness of the nature around you is obvious and the little cabin is perfect for a family to enjoy their time together. Having all the supplies handy to do any disinfecting or cleaning you want was also a plus! The host is extremely communicative and fast to respond while also giving you space and privacy as well. Not one negative that we found from our time there this last weekend! Can’t wait to return and also enjoy the campfire pits they are adding. It is on our list of when we return places to stay. :)

The cabin was clean, but property, yard was under construction , a mess, the loft was to low from floor to ceiling, for 62 and 72 yr old to climb up and go headfirst , black mold inside in corner of window frame, the black vinyl couch smelly and old, but wueen size bed comfy, overall it suited the purpose, was out all day basically just needed to sleep , it poured out and if the driveway and yard wasnt partially gravelled it would of been a lot messier, did have to go to carwash though, but it was close to our plans

Our family enjoyed staying here for our visits to the Ark and Creation Museum. Our kids loved the loft! The cabin had everything we needed and then some. Quick, easy drive to the Ark and also restaurants. Everything was super clean!

Clean, well stocked rental!
Perfect location and such a quiet location and beautiful view. The host, Jonathan, was overly gracious in each communication. The kitchen was stocked so well. There were two mini fridges with freezers. There was a coffee pot and electric kettle. The microwave and stove worked great. We cooked breakfast and dinner and didn’t have to go without because he had stocked all of the pots, pans, dishes, silverware and everything needed. The towels were more than adequate. I would recommend this property for a great get away.
