We had a wonderful stay at the main house, and we found it to be very clean and well-maintained. However, we did encounter a slight issue with the kitchen equipment. Specifically, there were only three small pots, none of which had lids, and only one frying pan available. Considering that the house accommodates sixteen guests, the kitchen could definitely benefit from an upgrade in terms of pots and pans. While the stove and oven are excellent, the limited cookware makes preparing meals for a large group somewhat challenging.Regarding the in-law suite, while it comfortably sleeps eight people, it features only one very small bathroom. The property listing indicates 3.5 bathrooms, but unfortunately, access to the other 2.5 bathrooms is not very convenient. We feel that this area of the house could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.Despite the minor kitchen and bathroom issues we encountered, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to this property in the future.

Texas Getaway

Fouth of July Family Reunion

This home exceeded our expectations. The online photos do not do it justice. Despite steady rain throughout our stay, we had an unforgettable family reunion.The game room was a standout favorite, entertaining family members of all ages.Each of the eight beds featured luxurious mattresses and upscale bedding, rivaling any high-end hotel.The large, modern flat-screen TVs in every bedroom were a welcome touch.The WiFi was fast and reliable, even with multiple devices connected.The kitchen was impressively stocked with premium appliances and accessories, making it easy to prepare multiple meals for our family of 16.Although the weather kept us indoors, the outdoor spaces were clearly designed for comfort and connection. The long, covered back porch with several rocking chairs became the perfect spot for relaxing and conversation while we watched the rain.

Excellent property

The Mystic Enchantment property outside of Dripping Springs was a fantastic getaway for my family. It was large enough where you did not feel like you were in each others space, but also had plenty of gathering spots to be together. We really enjoyed the patio, the pool, the game room, and the views. Highly recommend.

Outstanding

We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. We very fortunate to have very warm temperatures for February. But had that not been the case, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the game room so much more. The kitchen was amazing, all the bedrooms very comfortable and the home was immaculate! The location was further from other friends and family but it worked out fine. I had hoped the grounds would have been better cared for but fully under the season is winter and the warm temperatures were unanticipated. The kids loved feeding the goats too! One minor complaint- both coffee makers did not work well at all and the cookware needs updated. All that said- a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations.

The house and surrounding area is great and and works well for a large group like we had. But once you looked below the surface, it wasn't quite as great. None of the water features were usable/functional (pool, hot tub, jet tub). The towels were folded and put away while still very wet, so we had to dry all the towels upon arrival. Basic items like laundry detergent were not provided. Bedding was stained and dirty. For the price and considering the fact that it is professionally managed, we expected better.

Gorgeous Home with Huge Game Room

This home has everything you need. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen with commercial stove/oven. 4 Bedrooms in house with 2 bedroom Studio apartment above garage. Huge Game Room was a must see. Large outside sitting area with pool. Absolutely loved our stay

Nice place

The house and pool were nice, good size for our group. We unfortunately stayed during the extreme heat, and the air conditioning was not working properly. They did bring out some small units to compensate, but it was a disappointment given the price we paid. Also, the pool area has no shade. There is one umbrella but it was broken. The pool wasn't clean and the outdoor garbage cans were full when we arrived.

Hill Country Getaway

The house in Huge! Primary bdrm opens to backporch that spans the back of home. Pool is small but perfect! Patio area is expansive & shaded by trees, which is wonderful. TVs everywhere! Private guest suite w kitchenette on one side of home w gameroom below. Perfect for groups w a couple & kids along. Having cows, baby goats in the backyard, downhill from home is a big plus! All in all, perfect setting for a relaxing break from the stresses we all live w daily. So close to Johnson City too! Breweries & wineries everywhere! One tip- fencing is not the kind that works for small dogs as they can get thru it easily so bring your leases, harnesses or dog pens. We enjoyed it so much!

Beautiful Home Great Location

Stayed with friends for a birthday getaway weekend. The home was great and the beds were super comfortable. It was nice to have the pool in the Texas summer heat. Not too far from the wineries, distilleries, grocery store, etc. Bonus was the armadillo who came to visit in the backyard and the zebra (we think it was a zebra) we could see in the pasture behind the house! Only draw back was all the ants on the patio (which they had sprayed while we were there).

Beautiful scenery

Caroline was great. The air conditioning in the Game Room/ Upstairs Bedroom in a separate part of the house went out and she took care of it immediately. My Granddaughters were able to hang in their own section of the house and we were able to enjoy the game room as a family. Which was 1 of the reasons we picked thise home. The pool was the other. Overall the house was lovely just a few recommendations to take it over the top. * One of the fans lin the game room didn't work. * We were unable to open the pool umbrella. * When we arrived there were dead and live crickets Throughout the house. * wanted to make Salsa but had no blender. * Could do with some new pot's and pans. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would lease this home again.

Great family home

We had a great stay at the property. We were two families in town for a wedding. Kids and adults loved the game room and pool. Porch was great for morning coffee and watching the sunset in the evening. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our family all came in to celebrate my parents 50th. Ages ranged from 10-75. This place exceeded our expectations. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. It was well stocked with EVERYTHING we could have needed. Fantastic linens, towels, beds were outstanding and everyone had their own rooms, beds, etc. we didn’t leave the property much. We loved that it was secluded but still convenient to everything. Thank you for hosting us. We will be back here again if we are in the area.

Pros: - Lots of space - Nice outdoor areas - Great kitchen Cons: - We were unable to get the hot tub to work despite immediately notifying the property manager when we realized. They told us they'd fixed it multiple times but it never heated up.

Outstanding!

First of all, perfect location for us. The house is beautiful and plenty big enough for all of us to space out. Every amenity you can think of is there including nice touches like dog towels hanging in the laundry room, hand soap/conditioner at every sink, extra plugs for devices around the beds, etc. Minor quips would be: we could not get the hot tub to heat up. Waited two hours and it was still cold. Also, we know there was a recent ice storm that took down limbs from trees around the property but there appeared to be no effort to sweep any twigs or leaves from the back and front porch or the driveway leading into the garage. So we ended up finding a broom and cleaning up the outside a bit so we wouldn't track the junk inside. These were minor things and did not take away from our overall enjoyment of the property. The game room came in clutch for Super Bowl Sunday. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect birthday getaway

I stayed here with 15 friends for a birthday weekend reunion — a full house! The space was absolutely perfect for all of us. We were so impressed with the outdoor space, the kitchen, the game room, and the quality of all the furnishings. While we did leave the property one afternoon to check out some local wineries, we all spent the rest of the time in the house — such a great place for us all to hang out and catch up! The property is pretty hidden away and requires caution to get to when driving at night. Check in was easy, hot tub was fantastic, game room was well stocked, and the kitchen was large enough for 16 of us to cook most of our meals there! Everyone got to sleep on a real bed (no bunks or pull out couches), and although 3.5 baths for 16 people was a bit tight, we made it work. Overall I could not have asked for a better property to bring my friends together for my birthday! Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Hill Country Mystic Enchantment is Heavenly

First Visit to Austin

Absolutely beautiful property. Lives up to all of the photos. My friends and I of many years just visited as a chance to get away together and spend some quality time while visiting Austin and its downtown scene. The property itself is gorgeous, plenty of space for a large family. We had reached out to the property manager with a hot tub issue, they were there within an hour to fix it. Would definitely like to check out another listing hosted by We Love Vacations.
