'Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.'

'Overall, everything was excellent. I did have an issue in the shower-there was hair and the glass partition was not clean. Staff was very friendly, Fred in the Bistro was especially helpful and friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced.'

'Our family stayed in the Lacey Holiday Inn Express for 10 days. Overall the experience was positive except the first night. We were traveling across the country and got in late at night (equivalent of 1am where had just flown from). The woman at the desk was rude and asked us twice 'why are you even here', demonstrating a lack of professionalism and clear disdain for the area. Since we were a large family, we had booked 2 connecting rooms and I had spoken with the manager 2 weeks ahead of time...
