Welcome to the apartment “Zur schönen Aussicht” in Dortmund-Holthausen.

Our spacious 90 m² apartment has been expanded and now offers even more space and comfort for families, groups, fitters, business travelers and trade fair visitors. The accommodation has 3 separate bedrooms with a total of 7 single beds. An 8th person can also sleep on the sofa bed in the open-plan kitchen/living room.

A particular highlight is the private infrared sauna. It invites you to relax after a long workday, a trade fair, an excursion or a city visit.

The kitchen and living area have been combined to create an open-plan kitchen-diner. This results in a bright communal area with a dining table, sofa, TV, and a lovely view of the surrounding greenery. The fully equipped kitchen is also suitable for extended stays and cooking together.
