'I highly recommend. The service was excellent, comfortable bed and pillows. I love that the shampoo and conditioner are in the shower and not the tiny bottles.'

'Clean Comfortable and quiet.'

'Netjes, schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Mooi hotel'

'Austin was a great host: friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable! His facility is extremely well maintained and his waffles alone are worth the trip! We'll be back!'

'Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy'

'Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!'

'First off one must remember this is a historical building, therefore the stairs are steep, the handrails low and floors creak, so you have an idea of what to expect. The place was clean, the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious with and we shared a table with a nice couple. The location was fantastic, easy walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame and The Otesaga Resort which is lovely place for a drink with a fantastic view.'
