At the upper mezzanine floor there are the two main bedrooms: the master has a large built wardrobe, opening to a fantastic garden patio, and a second room sleeping up to 3 people also has garden access. A modern family bathroom with a large Italian shower serves the mezzanine floor (a built-in washing machine is located here).
At the lower split level there are two additional bedrooms with large wardrobes and served by the ground floor bathroom with shower.

ECO HOUSE. In 2024 the property has been entirely refurbished. Outdoor walls have been remade with special insulation techniques and materials, underfloor heating has been installed as well as new high energy efficiency Air Conditioning / Heating system. All windows and doors have been changed to the most efficient energy standards. 100% of the electricity consumption is provided by solar panels (not displayed on old website pictures). Water is heated through solar heated tanks. There is a charging port for Electric Vehicles. Water comes from a private well and clean water is filtered before discharge.
