« We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family. »

« The resort has so much to see and do - we only stayed one night regrettably so missed a lot. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. My only issue was finding my condo; the place is a maze and check in had an excellent map that they don't photocopy and share so try to take a photo. Google maps helped us find our area eventually and we enjoyed rhe stay. »

More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. « Newly renovated and great amenities. Beds were softer than preferred but still great. I slept in the bottom bunk and it was just as comfy as the queen bed. I LOVED the big bean bag chair. I spent the majority of my evenings just relaxing in that chair. The kitchenette area was nice with some small appliances to be able to cook there. The ONLY complaint would be that the hallway was 84 degrees (reading on the thermostat) which made the rooms hotter than needed. There is NO AC because most days in...
« We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again.

The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at.
