'Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. 'The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. '

'This is a very luxurious vacation. I wasn’t expecting a lot when I booked blindly but it was so worth it. My only regrets is that we didn’t stay longer. The food is superb, the location is the best, the staff and amenities were great. It’s better than booking a luxury chain hotel. This is a great discovery, you should try. My only suggestion, bring some snackable and small bites/quick meals since once you are inside you kinda just wanna stay and not go out anymore and their high end in house...

'Surprisingly the room is spacious! The staffs are the heart of this hotel! Always smiling, courteous, attentive and helpful! Shout to this kuya who assisted us and my elderly mom since we arrived. I just forgot his name! The breakfast is great! Was surprised that there were additional selection like soup, waffles and fruits aside from the cooked food! The toilet only need some love and updating! Overall can be recommended as it can accomodate 4 people in a spacious room with free breakfast!...

'Unfortunately, the property is no longer maintained well. We have celebrated special occasions in this hotel over the years but I’m not sure we’ll book a room again unless things improve. I booked a room that said newly renovated but the room that we got doesn’t look like it. The shower has loads of mold and the paints are all chipped. The only good thing about this property is the friendly and kind staff.'
