'Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

'Goed uitgerust hotel in het midden van Zabrze. Leuk stadje trouwens, veel industrieel erfgoed. Hotel heeft terras en ligt aan groot plein in centrum. Goede airconditioning, en behulpzaam personeel.'

'De toiletbril lag los bovenop de wc en de douchekop moest je zelf vasthouden, want de houder was kapot. Voor de rest heel deftig hotel met ok wifi en goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel! Het binnenkomende licht en vertrekkende auto's naast je maakt je vroeg wakker.'

'If you plan on staying here during the summer, it would be better to stay somewhere else. The hotel is modern, the staff is nice - but it gets so hot in the room that I don’t even know how the authorities can allow it. You will feel like a left behind dog in a car in a parking lot in the middle of the summer. It is like a sauna, but one where you can’t breath. I would have gladly paid for airconditioning if they had it.'
