A former silk mill dating back to before the French Revolution, the building has been carefully renovated by the owners, preserving the high ceilings, exposed beams, and stone walls. The living room opens onto the wooden terrace. Located 10 km from the A47 motorway, this haven of peace is ideally situated between Saint-Étienne and Lyon. La Chouette occupies the two upper levels of a former municipal building, with the ground floor used by the town hall. It has a separate entrance with private outdoor space.
