Villa Toic is situated in a neighborhood of well-maintained holiday homes and offers 140 m² of living space. The villa features three terraces, each with its own unique purpose. The largest terrace, measuring 22 m², is located in front of the living room and kitchen. It is furnished with a lounge seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening while taking. The second terrace, adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, is equipped with a stone counter, sink, barbecue, and a large wooden table for eight people. This terrace is ideal for gathering with family or friends and preparing delicious meals on the grill. There's also an outdoor shower nearby, perfect after a day spent at the beach. The third terrace is located on the first floor of the house and is accessible from the bedrooms, offering privacy and panoramic sea views.

From the garage, you can access a spacious storage area equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher.
