The house spans two floors, thoughtfully designed for both families and groups of friends. Villa Nera accommodates up to 8 guests, allowing them to enjoy comfort and space throughout. The ground floor includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, ensuring you have everything you need close at hand. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a water heater, a toaster, a coffee maker, and, of course, all the dishes and cookware you need to prepare meals. Meal preparation is made easy and enjoyable, especially for those who like to cook even while on vacation. The dining area features a large table for 8, perfect for gathering around and enjoying delicious meals together.
The living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. You can unwind on the comfortable sofa or enjoy the large SAT TV, perfect for evenings or whenever you need a break. From the ground-floor living area, you have access to the terrace, where an outdoor dining table for 8 and a traditional stone grill await you, allowing for delicious outdoor dining. The terrace connects directly to the garden and pool, giving the space a sense of connection to nature.
The first floor offers three spacious bedrooms, providing a quiet retreat for rest. All bedrooms are furnished with large double beds, quality bedding, and tastefully chosen furniture that creates a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of the upper floor is the shaded terrace accessible from two bedrooms, offering a peaceful spot for relaxation and a lovely view of the garden. In the morning, you’ll wake up to birdsong, and in the evening, you’ll enjoy a gentle breeze and soft lighting. A second bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor, providing extra privacy and convenience for all guests.

Villa Nera’s outdoor area is its main attraction – a beautiful garden and a spacious pool designed to create a relaxing environment and support various outdoor activities. The 25 m² pool is perfect for cooling off and leisurely swimming, surrounded by eight sun loungers where you can soak up the sun or relax in the garden’s shady spots. Beside the pool is an additional shaded terrace with a large dining table and a stone grill, perfect for evening meals outdoors and preparing Mediterranean grill dishes. The garden is planted with a variety of local flora, lending it a Mediterranean feel, and offers numerous shady spots where you can unwind and enjoy the sounds of nature.
Guests are also provided with ample parking space, as a parking lot next to the house accommodates several cars. The property is surrounded by a traditional stone wall, adding an extra layer of privacy so guests can enjoy a worry-free holiday.
Villa Nera also has friendly owners – an older couple who live in a private part of the house with a separate entrance. The owners respect the guests’ privacy and do not use the pool, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your vacation.
