'The staff wasn’t easy to deal with at all to check in. Took me over a half hour to check in and finally get room keys. I also had two rooms booked under my name and that seemed to be an issue - at first they would only let me check in for the first room not both. I’ve never had trouble checking in at other canaltas or hotels. 'The room was clean and comfortable. The motel property well maintained with multiple bbqs for guest use. Would stay again when in Killam. The staff that checked us in was super friendly and accommodating.'

'Room and Pool were clean. a couple comments, if you are expecting to have people shower prior to using the pool, please turn up the heat on the water as all 3 times we used the pool the shower water was very cold. Secondly, I brought the following to attention upon check out, was that we were in room 301, and the second night we smelt sewer gas odor a few times during the night. 'Stayed one night here. Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Fast waterslide inside the pool. Warm hot tub. Great to try the fitness room. Was equipped with a lot of different machines to work out on. Very impressed with it from other hotel fitness rooms. Great tasting breakfast in the morning. Also the hotel is situated near a park. Was convenient to walk around and have a picnic there.'
