I was unclear about check in as it wasn’t addressed in communications but the hosts live on-site and were there to greet us, let us in and give us all the information we needed for our stay. Everything new in the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you might need, which is unusual for many rentals. 'We booked a 3-night stay at this property through Expedia, but it was an absolute nightmare from the moment we arrived. The house was severely infested with over a thousand flies, covering my kids' faces and hands within minutes and making them sick. When we contacted the host, they dismissively claimed bugs are "common in the mountains"—an excuse I've never heard in all my years of mountain travel. 'De routebeschrijving naar het huis was goed beschreven en de sleutel was makkelijk te vinden via een sleutelkluisje. We konden naast het huis op de weg parkeren en snel alles uitladen en via het terras naar binnenbrengen voordat we naar onze gereserveerde parkeerplaats gingen. Het huis was comfortabel en kwam overeen met de foto’s. Er bleken zelfs handdoeken aanwezig te zijn wat wij bij het reserveren niet begrepen hadden. Zo konden onze eigen handdoeken ongebruikt de koffer weer in. Wifi werkte...

'We loved the location since it was within walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. The view is just breathtaking. We enjoyed a nice glass of local wine on the spacious patio. The apartment was well furnished and well equipped to do cooking and to just relax. The spa passes were an added plus. We will definitely be back and continue to have Altipik take care of making sure the apartment is perfect. I can’t think of anything that could be improved upon.'
