'Hotel geboekt ivm aanwezigheid van een casino.Er was echter een staking. Geen room service beschikbaar maar Het ontbijt (buffet) was echter uitstekend. In het casino ook geen bar en buffet alleen water en koffie en thee.'

The room was spotless the beds where so comfortable had a great shower and the towels where super soft. Fridge was stocked with family recipe jams and marmalades with plenty of bottled water with bread and a lovely note in a welcome basket. 'The room was gorgeous with stunning views of pool area (closed in winter so no noise) and snowy mountains. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained and I felt the staff genuinely cared whether I enjoyed my stay rather than just going through the motions or simply doing their job. 'Loved this place!! The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The location is very remote but so worth the effort to get there. It’s absolutely beautiful and they have everything there you need.
