Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat in Dinard, just 170 metres from L’Écluse beach, with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), covering an area of 55 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor of a quiet, secure residential block (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a shower room with a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with a TV and a dining table for four people (the room has blackout blinds)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: a Senseo pod coffee machine, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, induction hobs and a small fridge (without a freezer)...
- A bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) (can be configured as a double bed on request; please specify at the time of booking)
- A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), with a window fitted with blackout shutters
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

The Triskel enjoys an exceptional location, right in the centre of Dinard, just 170 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants… The Place des Halles, home to Dinard’s wonderful market which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is a 5-minute walk away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private underground car park. (Maximum vehicle dimensions: height 173 cm, width 230 cm)

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo – 20 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes – 1 hour by car

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.

The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional charge of €25. Please leave the property clean before you leave, ensuring that any pet hair is removed. - Families with young children can make use of a travel cot on site (high chairs are available to hire on request at the time of booking).
- The flat is situated right in the very centre of Dinard, at the heart of this seaside resort. You’ll enjoy immediate access to shops, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. However, noise from the town’s activity, particularly in the evenings and during the high season, may be noticeable.
