- An open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, etc., with dining area, high table for 4 people, low table for 2 people (children, teenagers).
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC). Direct access to the terrace

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, and its shower room (with shower) open to the bedroom

- WC

Additional equipment:
Plancha, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair (baby) laundry available on request.

Outside area :
- Enclosed garden of approx. 700 m², not overlooked.
- 40 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
- A space dedicated to rest and relaxation is available with the jacuzzi shared with the tenants of the "ESPRIT FAMILLE" gîte, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is forbidden to minors.
