'The staff are lovely and helpful. Also we were given choice between 2 types of room which I thought was nice. The cabin we had was quiet so it was a nice getaway with privacy. The surrounding is very green, lots of trees and animals like rabbits and wallabies. While bed is nice, room and bathroom were spacious, the room itself isn’t in a perfect condition. 'I loved staying here, it was perfect for me. I jad a single room with shared bathroom but I never had to wait for a bathroom. There was no rv in my room butbthey have a large guest lounge with sofas, a tv and even a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. 'Whilst the reception staff upon arrival where fantastic, we were advised of several access point closures meaning we had to cart luggage through the deck and dining room then up stairs. Quite difficult with luggage. Further, to leave we had to go an even longer way out with another flight of stairs as the reception and dining area is locked on Sundays. Luckily I was able to help my Mum with her luggage and weather was fine but very disappointed at the lack of up keep and access. '
