Historic country house in the Allgäu - space for 30 guests, pure nature & relaxation

Welcome to the “Hesselstall,” a charming, 500-year-old country house listed as a historic landmark, idyllically situated near Kempten in the heart of the Allgäu. With 420 square meters of space, our country house can accommodate up to 30 people—perfect for large families, groups of friends, or a relaxing weekend in nature.

The property is divided into two completely separate sections, so you can enjoy your privacy. In total, you’ll find 12 cozy bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, large common areas, and two saunas with a relaxation room. Everything—from towels and linens to coffee and dishwashing supplies—is included.

For the little ones, there are stair gates, cribs, high chairs, play areas, swings, and a trampoline, while adults can relax in the large garden, by the swimming pond, or use the barbecue and fire pit areas.

The surrounding area offers plenty of unforgettable activities: hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, or a trip to the royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. A summer toboggan run, a climbing forest, the Cambomare water park, and boating on Lake Hopfensee are also in the immediate vicinity.

You’ll have the entire country house—both halves—all to yourselves, including two private terraces and parking spaces. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement.
