This *longère*—a traditional farmhouse from the Touraine region—welcomes you to an authentic, leafy setting.
The renovation and unique décor of this family home give it immense charm. The large, fully enclosed garden is sure to delight everyone. You will appreciate the cool atmosphere of the house and garden in summer, and the warmth of the fireplace in winter.
It is an ideal starting point for visiting Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Chambord, Chaumont, Cheverny, Tours, Villandry, and more.

This holiday home comfortably accommodates 10 people.
The 140m² house and the garden are completely private.
The house includes:
- Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, double bedroom, and bathroom with toilet. The ground floor holds the "Tourisme et Handicap" (Tourism & Disability) certification for all types of disabilities (mobility, hearing, visual, and mental).
- Upstairs: bedroom for 3, bedroom for 1, bedroom for 4, bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet.
The large, tree-filled garden features:
- A terrace with table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue.
- A sheltered outdoor seating area with a coffee table, armchairs, and a bench seat.
- Pétanque court, table tennis, sun loungers, hammock, and various games.
Large private parking area on the plot opposite the property.
Free Wi-Fi. The house stays naturally cool in summer, so air conditioning is not needed.
The cleaning fee includes the provision and maintenance of household linens: sheets, blankets, towels, tea towels, tablecloth, and pillows.
Baby equipment available on request: 60x120cm cot and travel cot (with mattress and fitted sheet), high chair, changing mat, and baby bath support.
Dog equipment available on request: wicker basket, blanket, and food/water bowls.
Free loan of adult and children's bicycles on request (limited number).

Nestled in the heart of Touraine, the village of Dierre is ideally situated for visiting Loire Valley châteaux, gardens, theme parks, zoos, and wine cellars; for taking in the region from the air by plane, helicopter, or hot-air balloon; for walking or cycling through the vineyards, the Amboise forest, or along the banks of the Cher River; or even for canoeing on the Cher.
