The best beaches of Diano Marina, Sant'Anna shore are a five-minute walk away. There are also free beaches.
The centre of Diano Marina is 1.5 km away.

It's possible to park for free inside the complex, if there is an available parking place.
(There is not a guaranteed / private parking for the apartment. But, if you find a parking place inside, you can park).

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
