Located in the country, 5 minutes from Chautauqua Lake and 20 minutes from the world-famous Chautauqua Institution. About 7 minutes from Bemus Point where you can find restaurants, shopping, watersport rentals and a boat launch. 5 minutes from Midway Amusement Park, Long Point State Park which has a boat launch, Dollar General. 10 minutes from Mayville where you'll find another public boat launch, park, Tops, a hardware and several churches. We are also 10 minutes from Westfield where you can easily hop onto the Wine Trail. Just a short 20 minutes away you will find the Lucy Desi Museum and The National Comedy Center. You can also jump onto a main snowmobile trail from our backyard.

We have a large yard to bring your outdoor lawn games. There's a firepit in the backyard to enjoy and make some s'mores at. A small front porch is perfect to watch our stunning sunsets. And a back deck has a grill, a picnic table and chairs to relax at.

The kitchen has a large butcher block island/bar to sit at or prepare your food. Kitchen is fully equipped. We have a FlexBrew to make your coffee or hot specialty beverages. It is K-cup compatible. There is a stackable washer and dryer to use if needed off the kitchen where you'll also find the half bathroom.

All three bedrooms feature ceiling fans. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a private shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a flip down second toilet site to accommodate the little ones.

We have a driveway that can handle your boats and trailers. At the end of the house, we have an outside outlet to plug in your boat equipment if needed. And another one in the green shed.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE. This home sleeps 8. Booking is for 2 guests. Additional guests are $15 per person per night after that.

Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge. There is no way when you book to charge for additional pets after the first one. TAKE NOTE PLEASE. WE WILL SEND YOU VIA VRBO REQUESTING THE PET FEE FOR ADDITIONAL PETS PAST THAT 1ST ONE. IT IS $10 PER PET PER NIGHT. We do not want any confusion about the pet fee. We are sorry but VRBO makes it only available in the booking when you book to charge for the 1 pet. This is why we have to do it that way. We do expect the owners to clean up after their pets. If we do have to clean up after any pet, we charge an additional cleaning fee. We have an outdoor fenced in area for pets. DO NOT leave your pets unattended please! We do not want anything to happen to them and will not be held responsible.
