'Everything was great!'

'Beautiful property that wasn't far from town. Everyone was so nice there! our TV didn't work and they had someone there to check on it even before my husband got back from walking down to the front desk! The problem never got resolved but they did give me a gift when I checked out. It worked fine for us!'

'We LOVE this place, it's our 3rd time staying! The staff is wonderful, helpful and hard-working. If you require a quiet room on a weekend night during the hockey season (Sept-April), well, just don't come to Lake Placid... Expect unsupervised, feral, hockey children afoot. '

'Very old and need some TLC. The room we had was small but clean. Coffee and tea in the lobby. No personel in the hotel but key is on the desk. Just fine for the cheap price'

'Such a beautiful and well cared for B & B. Comfortable, cool, clean, artistic and historic. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Favorite thing was I barely saw any staff there my entire stay. I think they purposely stay out of your way unless you need something. Awesome and unexpected. '

'The front desk staff were extremely friendly. They answered any questions we had. They opened doors for us. The staff at breakfast was also accommodating. They provided me with gluten free bread when I inquired. The breakfast was plentiful. The selection was varied to suit multiple palates. Fresh fruit other than apples would have been a nice addition. We did not use housekeeping but our room was very clean upon arrival. '
