« Unsafe neighborhood, security door didnt work it just opens into the apt building just gross dirty inside mold in the coffee maker hair and scumall over the bathtub whole apt was unsafe for my visiting one yr old grandaughter. This had many saftey issues the air-conditioning was plugges into a broken outlet i felt very unsafe and dirty in this vrbo this wont let me submit pictures for some reason »

« My (23 year old) daughter and I stayed in Lisa's VRBO for a wedding. Serendipity that the wedding venue was across the street (at the Sanctuary)! Besides lucking out being so close to the wedding venue, the location of Lisa's VRBO is superb! We had an evening/day to ourselves to explore and enjoy downtown Fargo. « We booked this property for everyone to stay for my daughter’s Bachelorette Party. It was close to dinner and activities but not in the noise of the city. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. The livingroom has so much seating. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to visit.The host responded quickly to all of our messages. Has great video on how to use the Whirlpool Tub. Great place to stay. »

« Two very nice and comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen, full-sized bathroom, and a living room. I stayed two nights for the local marathon. The host was extremely accommodating, provided detailed instructions, free WiFi, and answered questions promptly. The biggest surprise was having access to free laundry facilities on-site, even the detergent and fabric softener were provided. If I am fortunate enough to come back to this gem of a city, I hope I am able to stay here again. »

« We spent 10 days in Fargo greeting a new grandbaby. We very much enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The hosts really thought of everything. It's an older home but very charming. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and excellent communication with owner...couldn't ask for more. We would definitely stay at this location again. »

We really only had to drive for the airport, race, and a grocery store. The building has a college living vibe, but we found it to be very quiet.
