Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Washroom Facilities and Request for Refund
Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the bathroom facilities in my suite during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience.
The toilet in my suite has a very poor flushing system, with an extremely slow flush rate. Due to this issue, I was given an additional water container to manually fill the tank each time I needed to flush. This is not an acceptable solution in a professional accommodation facility.
In an effort to find a workable alternative, I also tried two other units. However, both of these units had the same flushing issue. It is clear that this is not an isolated problem, but rather a property-wide maintenance concern.
I would like to emphasize that the staff were courteous, supportive, and genuinely tried to help. My concern is strictly regarding the property infrastructure, which requires urgent and proper repair.
Given the level of discomfort and inconvenience experienced, I believe it is reasonable to request a refund for my stay. I expect that the issue will also be addressed immediately to prevent further disruptions to guests.
Please confirm the next steps regarding the refund process and provide an update on the planned corrective action.
