The unit was fine. Please note that the elevator is mechanic, that was a bit of a shock. When arriving the front gate has a latch on the inside that you can reach in and unlock. The front door to the building does not have a secure lock on it so essentially stays open. The second door to enter the building does have a keypad but the door was frequently opened, as when we first arrived and no need for the code. The lobby is pleasant and well decorated. When we arrived in our unit it was freezing as the heat had been off for at least 12 hours . There are no instructions about the heating unit but we did eventually figure them out. Every room has a heating unit, The one in the living room stopped working on Friday evening/Saturday morning and was not fixed. I reached out to the number that had been communicating with me (which assume is AI because many messages didn't quite answer my questions or where just slightly off). When I asked to be updated on the status of the heat--the message read "I reached out to maintenance and there was no response by EOD". The unit did have a small space heater in there that helped. There was a bottle cap in the kitchen sink hen we arrived. The bathroom was small and so was the shower and had water stains in the corner, but overall functioned fine. The upstairs neighbors are loud/ or the walls are thin, if you are a light sleeper I would not rent this unit. There is a hefty deposit you have to pay after you book but before you arrive.
