« Didn’t have any record of our booking for a second room, but more than made up for it by giving us a family suite instead. Good breakfast. Good location, but the poor design of the hotel doesn’t make the most of it. Small rooms »

« Disappointing that there was no wi-fi, it was loud (loud shop directly across from the hotel), and the room security seemed questionable. It had a great low price so a good place if you need a cheap place to stay with a great location - but not a place I would go to rest and get work done. »

« I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. They wouldn't let us have the extra bed without an additional charge of $30 on top of the $73 we paid for the twin bed. Although this is entirely the hotel's...

« The hot water doesn’t work and the room are not clean »
