« The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. « We stayed March 8–10 and had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt organized and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately made the stay relaxing.The welcome snacks were a great touch and a nice surprise after arriving. « The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt »
