« We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. « Maria was wonderful, I had a very late check-in and she was so accommodating, at the last minute I realized I did not get the code for the door and she immediately responded to me at 10:30 PM. It made for a very smooth check-in for me and my furry friend. »

« What a cute place! The view is so beautiful and it’s quiet and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Hallway lighting could be improved since the nightlights go off after a few minutes. Host helped adjust our stay to accommodate changes in our plans. Very nice place. »

« The cabin was clean and ready for us. Hayden was nice enough to let us check in an hour early. We were not prepared for just how sulfuric the water is. Showering and doing dishes was quite uncomfortable and left the cabin with that odor for a bit. The listing did not mention the third room outside of the cabin which is actually a huge plus. We loved the coziness of the cabin and the kitchen had all tools we needed for cooking. The area is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed trying the local eatery...

« This was a once in a lifetime trip for myself and my best friend. Not only is Dell Collective the most beautiful farm in the world , but it’s surrounded by beauty on all sides. From downtown Perry to Letchworth Park, you will never be bored and you will never be looking at anything that’s less than absolutely mesmerizing. Amanda is the most incredible host. She is so kind and helpful. We had an absolute blast and cannot wait to come back. »
