Very clean, homely and had everything that you would need and more (including things that you may have forgotten).Full instructions on how to use things were included. Although at this point there is no WiFi, Kevin immediately responded to text messages and facilitated access from his own, at his house. Easy to find, great location and a definite place to revisit. Thank you Kevin for making us so welcome. '

'The location on the water is amazing, and the house is even better in person than in the pictures. The house is spacious and the main living area has wonderful floor to ceiling views. We had a great time here and our dog especially loved playing in the water. '

'Everything was on point, we are from hot climate; We came to experience the winter and it didn't disappoint; we loved the view, the house it's so well distributed an specious inside, it has space for every one. The not so young ones stood at the lower floor with acces to everything, the rest upstairs. We really felt at home for these 2 days.'

'The cottage was absolutely gorgeous and decorated very tastefully. The backyard was very nice with a fireplace and lawn chairs the view of Cherry Island and Point Salubrious was stunning with the trees changing colors. The view from the downstairs bedroom looking out at the lake was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend renting this cottage. We had a great time vacationing there. '

'This is a quaint older home in an excellent location in Clayton. You can actually see the Antique Boat Museum from the front yard. Off street parking. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Home had everything essential we needed for our 4 day stay. Appreciated laundry, 2 bedrooms, cleanliness, tissues, chairs in bedrooms, comfy sheets, etc etc. Pet friendly ! '

'I highly recommend K's Motel for a stay in the Thousand Islands area. It is exactly as advertised, clean and well stocked. The management was very communicative, without being overbearing. They hit just the right note in every area. We enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to book another stay at K's.'
