« Great spot right by Roxbury. Did some great hiking on the Catskill Rail Trail two minutes from the cabin. We visited the John Burroughs house down the road on Route 30. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return! »

« The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The...

« Last minute booking. Owner was wonderful. Cleaner, very nice. Clean and private location needed for family meeting. Not hard to get to. Relatives from out of the area, found it with ease. The area has very spotty internet connections. Once on cabin internet, it was just fine, in and outside of the cabin. Stove plate burners, propane grill, a good sized microwave and counter top convection oven. »

« We had an incredible stay at this beautiful converted barn! The location in West Kill is perfectly secluded and peaceful, yet an easy drive for skiing at Hunter Mountain. The space was clean, the linens were fresh, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend for a cozy mountain getaway! »

« Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great! »

« Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so...

« 5/5 stars! The home was darling! Anika and Ahsan were incredibly responsive. The house was well stocked, clean, and filled with attentive amenities for guests to use and enjoy. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! »

« The host was amazing and was very helpful. He responded as soon as possible every single time I texted him. The property was amazing very spacious, nice and clean. The grill and the fire pit outside was well prepared for the guest. We were there only for one day and had an amazing time. The cluttered kitchen had a layer of grime on everything, all the dishes and pots and pans looked dirty, the garbage pail in the kitchen hadn't been emptied, the box holding the paper towels was dusty and full of crumbs, and the tea kettle was so grungy that I didn't even want to touch it.
