Underneath the balcony is a hot tub for the other guests underneath the balcony and their outside pool, grill etc. is directly in view. You can hear everything. There is no privacy and there was no mention of this lack of privacy in the listing. It completely impacted our stay as the noise outside was heard throughout the day until the evening ours. We could not go out on our deck...
