'Clean room, Kevin answered all questions'

'Great stay'

'We had a great stay in Syracuse visiting family. The property was neat and clean and well appointed. Great coffee selection!!! Very comfortable for a long weekend get away in Tipp Hill. Enjoyed some local pubs and antique shops. Would stay again when in town.'

'We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation at SUNY Oswego. The place was more than I expected. They allowed pets - which was important as my dad had no one to watch his pup. They had a large enough space if we had a large group to eat both inside and out. A beautiful porch. The grounds were so serene. It had a Yoga deck!!!! Definitely used the hot tub! And the host was so easy to reach both before booking and during the stay. 10/10 recommend. The only downside is we didn’t spend as much time...

'Wonderful stay! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a sewer/dumping station. We managed to get around that with a blue belly.I fully recommend!'

'The lake is stunning! Beautiful..The cottage is def rustic and old but the owners did a good job updating it to feel more modern. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom and the kitchen could have had foil, plastic wrap etc. We bought our own and a sponge for washing pots and pans. There was a washer and dryer which was great. The outside area and fire pit could have been cleaned up a bit..wished they trimmed some weeds and cleaned out the fire pit. There was a gas BBQ but it was alittle...

'The host was so responsive and welcoming. He was quick to reply to my messages and the space was exactly as pictured. Thank you for allowing us in your space.'

'There was hair from the previous tenant on the floor, in the bathroom, behind the toilet, in the kitchen, and there was also garbage from previous tenant in the garbage, I don’t think it was cleaned since the last person. Little disappointing and scary.'

'Cute house! Perfect for our weekend softball tournament, yard was plenty big for the dogs and plenty to do within walking distance of the house.'

'Two nights here just three kilometers from the airport. Easy access plus soundproof walls ensured solid sleep before flights.'
