Kies je hotel in Town of Hanover

'Enjoyable location, helpful staff, great for groups, would be fun for a wedding party. Spiral stairs are a bit of a challenge with no bathroom upstairs but the view is worth it. The train goes by a lot which is charming if you like trains but may be off-putting to some. Salt water hot tub was nice in the evening and sauna after breakfast and a few beach walks made it a memorable stay.'

'The location is amazing! It has a panoramic view of the lake and the sound of the waves crashing is so relaxing. The beach area is nice and somewhat isolated. It’s an older home but has everything you need for nice stay. My only concern is the bathtub: I would caution anyone with stability issues against using it. The beds were rather comfortable, which in a rental is always a nice surprise. The TV options were great, my adult boys were happy with the variety of channels. If you’re looking to...

'This is a wonderful property and the hosts are great - the location is so convenient to the beach and the house has everything you could need. We go every year and would definitely recommend it to anyone!'

'The property was well-stocked and very clean; a perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. We didn't have a chance to explore the trails on the property--next time!'

'We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed it! The host was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Also, I really appreciate how clean the property was and all the amenities. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommended!'

'Wonderful as always. Karrie is super responsive as always.Love the location, amenities, and overall vibe of the house.'

'Location is FANTASTIC!!! Steps away from the beach and the restaurant and bar. The inside of the cottage was clean and cute. Beds and furniture comfy . Well stocked kitchen and bedding. Bathroom clean. The only criticism we had as of the upkeep and cleanliness outside. The front porch was in need of cleaning and repainting. The propane grill was broken and dirty, although there was a perfectly nice charcoal grill for our use. There was cut down branches left in the driveway making it...

'The property was more than a rental. My whole family was so very comfortable. From the spacious yard to the numerous decks and gathering places. Absolutely everything we needed. And I can't say enough about the lake. We would highly recommend.'

'Clean and comfortable place in sunset bay. Stayed right after Christmas to hang out with local family. Had to leave early due to really bad weather! Would stay here again for sure. '

'Everything went great!'

'nice property manager, very private and quiet.'

'Not far off the thruway. Clean hotel, great for a quick night sleep when road tripping. Breakfast was small but good for us. We got coffee, yogurt and a bagel.'

'Staff was nice. The hotel is going through a remodel. Our room was fine, but the hotel was disgusting, plaster everywhere, old TV's in the hall, remodel supplies in the common areas.'

'The o ly problem is had was 1 night it smelled like smoke in our room, so bad my husband called the desk to report it. Otherwise great place, nice breakfast, friendly staff.'

'Red Roof can be hit or miss. Unfortunately this Red Roof is a miss. I traveled with a dog. I was charged $15 for my dog but then my receipt said that the first dog was free. Additional dogs were $15 each. No big deal but get that stuff straightened out. My room had a hole in the bathroom wall. FIX: put a small mirror over it. The soap and shower containers in the shower were empty. FIX: Fill them. The broken replacement was left on the sink. FIX: Get rid of it. The toilet seat...

'Clean hotel at a good price. We had a nice overnight stay as we traveled across the US. Just the place we were hoping for.'
