« Owner was quick to respond to questions and offered suggestions. Very nice property with nice touches to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Kitchen was stocked with spices and items to save travelers from buying large quanities. Loved ha ving multuple wahers and dryers to get laundry done quickly. Quiet at night for sleeping. Would stay here again! »

« I absolutely loved my bed. It was soooo comfortable. I also liked that the house was so clean. The upstairs bathroom was tiny but it worked. Only possible negative was the stairs to get into the ground level floor. That might be a problem if you have mobility issues. »

« Our stay at Modern Cottage was magnificent. It was perfect. Other family members stayed in other VRBOs in town, but Jessica's place was by far more spacious and well stocked. We know we will be back to Cut Bank again and we will definitely stay at the Modern Cottage. Every detail was managed beautifully. Cannot say enough about the home and Jessica's hospitality. »

« Recommend! This is just as described - a spacious, peaceful home. Great rest after a day hiking Glacier. The beds are all firm and comfortable. Has everything we needed. Very clean, and although close to the highway we did not hear traffic noise. »
