'This is a lovely little cottage. Very peaceful and feels secluded but still convenient to get into Ithaca. It’s very comfortable with everything you need, although we haven’t done any cooking during our short stays. The porch with the hammocks is so wonderful for enjoying morning coffee, with no other humans in sight and the fire pit is great at night when you’re out gazing at the stars because it is nice and dark here. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is really nice.'

'Communication was great from before I even booked it. I had a few questions about the property and they were quickly answered. Prior to checking in, the hosts sent an email with very detailed instructions. On the day of arrival, I received another message asking if we needed anything (we did not as the place was very well-appointed with dishes, etc.)We rented the entire house so had access to all four bedrooms which were large enough for our entire party (5 adults and one kid).I did not think...

'Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.'

'What a great house! We walked down to the commons for shopping and dinner as well as strolled the hiking path right up the hill from the house. We sat in the front porch with morning coffee and soaked in the hot tub after the Special Olympics Polar Plunge. Appreciated the details (shower had shampoo and conditioner, coffee machine had filters). We even stayed up playing pool. Lots to do both inside and out. Thank you for the stay. It made for a perfect weekend.'
