'The hotel seems dingy, like it needs updating. The carpets look old and needs refreshing. Paint needs refreshing, here’s stains and scuffs. All the furniture has scuff marks. '

'We spend 3 nights in this hotel. Wasnt to bad actually. Only problem we found was no airco in the room, only a fan. But lets face it... How many really hot days you get? We just had a couple of hot days and a room facing south... Location of hotel is pretty convenient to rest of town and there is also a shuttle running from the airport. If you want to explore more of Yellowknife we do suggest to use a car'

'The house was very clean and in an excellent location. Most of the attractions were within a 15 minute walk from the house. Full kitchen complete with coffee, teas and condiments. There was some confusion about breakfast. There was a sign on the fridge that said "Breakfast was self serve". Inside the fridge there was a self marked "Private Food". on the next shelf there were muffins and fresh fruit. another guest and I assumed that the fruit and muffins were the "Self Serve" breakfast...

'To find a hotel with good facilities so far up north was a challenge, and im very pleased to have stayed here. I understand running such a business is tough and i see them making improvements. Overall it was the staff that made this stay absolutely amazing. Checking is in late, helped with our luggage and offered after hours snacks. Ofcourse they know people travel long distances to get to Inuvik, so they made sure our stay was comfortable. We sure will stay here on our next Arctic trip!'
